How do I place an order?
You can place an order online anytime at: shop.misskibbles.com or by phone at 571.379.7832 (Bristow, VA Location) or 276.885.3101 (Gainesville, VA Location) during regular business hours: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm and Weekends from 10am-6pm.
Can I choose Curbside Pick Up?
Yes, you can. At checkout, you will have the option to choose "Curbside Pickup" at a timeframe for your pick-up. We ask that your please call us at 571.379.7832 (Bristow, VA Location) or 276.885.3101 (Gainesville, VA Location) when you arrive. Our team member will ask for your order number and kind/color of the vehicle and will bring your order out to you! Please note that we may be busy with customers at the time of your arrival so we appreciate your patience!
What areas do you offer Local Delivery Services?
Currently, we go as far as 10 miles from each store location.
What day will my delivery arrive?
Due to increased gas prices, we are only delivering Saturdays and Sundays at this time. This policy will be reviewed again on 11/01.
What time will I receive my delivery?
We are early birds and night owls. We have two delivery windows at this time. AM window goes from 8am and 10am and/or PM window goes from 6pm and 8pm. If you wish to schedule a different time, please call either location to coordinate and confirm the timeframe.
Do I have to be home when the delivery arrives?
You don’t have to be home; however, to keep our costs down, we do not box any items. Items will be left on your front porch unless you instruct us otherwise (garage code, etc)
What if I order raw?
We ask that if you place an order with raw items, someone must be home to receive such items. We are unable to provide cooling packaging at this time unless the items are in transit in our vehicles.
What if I want to add an item after I check out?
The best way is to call us. We may need to run a separate transaction over the phone to accommodate your add-on request.
What if the item I’m looking for is not on your website?
If the item you are looking for is not on our website, call us. If it’s in stock, we may need to run a separate transaction over the phone. If it’s not in stock or back-ordered, we can provide an ETA on when the item will be available.
What is the return policy on orders from local delivery?
